For the purpose of early diagnosis of the initial manifestations of cerebral circulation inferiority, a comparative assessment of cerebral hemodynamics in two groups of men of the same age: the first group (32 people) included persons who did not present complaints, but who had suffered syncope disturbances of consciousness under the influence of various provoking factors (extreme influences, overwork, lack of sleep, alcoholization); the second group consisted of patients who, according to the nature of complaints and examination results, were diagnosed with atherosclerosis of the cerebral arteries in a compensated form or with initial manifestations of cerebral circulation (16 people) .
