Clinical case
Patient S., 36 years old.
Hospitalized in GVV No. 3 with a diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, pancreatic necrosis . He was treated conservatively, due to the progressive deterioration of the condition and the lack of effect from the therapy, the patient was shown surgery, for preparation for which he was transferred to the intensive care unit on the 11th day after hospitalization . The next day, a laparotomy, opening of the omental bursa abscess, necro- and sequestrectomy, sanitation and drainage of the omental bursa were performed .
