The study was carried out on 79 male mice weighing 18–20 grams (37 experimental and 24 controls, 18 mice for reproducing and maintaining the culture of Ehrlich carcinoma cells) from September 1994 to May 1996 . Ehrlich carcinoma (ascites form) was taken for 6 th day of growth in donor mice . The suspension of tumor cells was diluted in RPMI 640 medium to the required concentration and inoculated into healthy mice from the control and experimental groups . At the time of inoculation, the ascites fluid contained no more than 0.5% of dead cells when stained with trypan blue . All animals were divided into two experimental series .
