Clinical example
Patient B., a 72-year-old man, suffering from hypertensive disease of the second degree, coronary artery disease, angina pectoris of rest and tension, having suffered cerebrovascular accident with the development of right-sided hemiparesis . On May 1, 1995, he underwent transurethral resection of the prostate adenoma and lithotripsy of the bladder tissue . After intraoperative blood loss of up to 1000 ml, the patient developed circulatory failure with an increase in central venous pressure up to 180-200 mm of water column and a decrease in blood pressure to 80 / 60-90 / 60 . The ongoing intensive therapy did not have a sufficient effect .
