In the structure of perinatal morbidity and mortality, fetal hypoxia occupies a leading place (V.F.Demin et al., 1990, FM Martinez et al, 1984), playing an initiating role in the complex multi-link pathogenesis of perinatal lesions (I.A. 1986). It is known that extragenital diseases in pregnant women lead primarily to hypoxic conditions of the body of the mother and fetus (IB Manukhin et al., 1990, AV Volokova, 1991) .
