Gestosis is one of the most common complications of pregnancy and childbirth, and remains one of the main causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality [2]. In the pathogenesis of gestosis, the role of immune processes is great, which not only contributes to the development of gestosis, but also determines its severity [1, 4]. Of great importance in the prevention and treatment of preeclampsia is a set of measures aimed at correcting immune disorders in pregnant women;
for this purpose, immunocytotherapy (ICT) with the husband’s allogeneic lymphocytes is successfully used [4]. Lymphocytes of the husband isolated under aseptic conditions (in the amount of 30 106 fifty 106) injected into women intradermally at 7-10 points on the inner surface of the forearm. The mechanism of the therapeutic effect of ICT in gestosis is associated with the normalization of the processes of immune recognition by the maternal organism of the paternal alloantigens of the fetus and the enhancement of suppressive mechanisms during pregnancy.
