Atopic dermatitis is the most common skin lesion in childhood. Establishing the influence of a hereditary predisposition to the development of allergic dermatoses creates a real danger of a significant increase in the number of patients. Practitioners (dermatologists, pediatricians, allergists) experience great difficulties in treating such patients. In most cases, sick children are treated for years and decades, and traditional therapy provides only temporary and insignificant improvement.
