In the treatment of some diseases, large doses of glucocorticoid hormones are used for a long time from several weeks to several years. This achieves and maintains remission in autoimmune diseases (Karpov V.A., 1987, Shambakh X. et al., 1988). At the same time, such patients develop complications due to excessive intake of hormones, in the form of osteoporosis with bone fractures, “prednisone diabetes”, chronic sluggish purulent-inflammatory processes, bleeding from ulcers, requiring urgent withdrawal of glucorticoids.
