Analysis of the literature shows that the process of progressive vicarization is always accompanied by disorders of the body’s immune status . This is especially pronounced in diseases such as scleroderma, systemic lupus erythematosus, arthritis of various origins, infections (TBC, syphilis, malaria, erysipelas), cancer, as the last stage of progressive vicarization .
