In recent years, the concept of medicine has been formed [1, 2]. Achievements contribute to this information electronics and microprocessor technology, the rapid development of information technology and other branches of scientific knowledge. It becomes possible to apply the results of this knowledge for the purposes of diagnostics, selection of an adequate treatment algorithm, for assessing the prognosis of the effectiveness of the applied therapeutic, preventive and rehabilitation methods in various branches of practical health care.
In connection with the rapid development of multimedia and Internet technologies, along with the already existing and “traditional” computer diagnostics systems, computer encyclopedias and knowledge bases, more and more developments in the field of telemedicine and distance learning appear. Modern computer technology opens up ample opportunities for the visualization of information. An important role in the perception of the information received in such systems images.
