The problem of nocturnal enuresis is quite relevant in modern pediatrics. Unfortunately, this pathology in many cases is difficult to treat. Children suffering from nocturnal urinary incontinence receive courses of therapy with neuropsychiatric drugs for many years, often with an incomplete or short-term effect. At the same time, we must not forget that a child suffering from such a disease is traumatized with age.
The aim of this work was to study the effectiveness of induction therapy in school-age children with nocturnal enuresis. The work was carried out on the basis of the Consultative and Diagnostic Center of the Children’s City Polyclinic No. 81 in Moscow (chief physician – EM Gililova). The examination and treatment of children was carried out on the hardwaresoftware complex (APC) “IMEDIS-FALL” (version 7.6), developed at the center “IMEDIS” (Moscow) according to the methodological developments of Gotovsky Yu.V. (1995, 1998–2000).
