1. Introduction

In recent years, there has been an increase in the prevalence of biliary tract pathology in childhood, and therefore this problem remains one of the most urgent in modern pediatrics. The most common pathology of the biliary system in children is biliary dyskinesia. Diseases of the gallbladder and biliary tract in children are often combined with various neuropsychiatric disorders.

Children with biliary tract pathology, who have various neuropsychiatric disorders, make up slightly less than half of the outpatient appointment of a neurologist, since this group of patients is characterized by a commonality of complaints of somatic and neuropsychiatric nature. This allows us to assume the interconnection of neuropsycho- somatic mechanisms in the system of the whole organism of the child, in connection with which there is a need for complex therapy aimed at treating not only the somatic process, but also existing neuropsychiatric disorders.
