Example Patient S., 9 years old. I applied to the Research Institute of MEPZ on July 17, 2000 with complaints of fever up to 38 ºС, general weakness, night sweats, sleep disorders, lack of appetite, pain in muscles and joints. From the anamnesis it was established that the disease began acutely on June 7, 2000, with a rise in temperature to 39 ºС. The intake of antipyretic drugs was ineffective, the temperature was kept at high numbers. The local pediatrician regarded the boy’s illness as ARVI, adding antihistamines to the treatment. After a few days, the general condition improved, the temperature returned to normal.
