Patient A., 32 years old, came to the CEM with complaints of excess weight, fatigue,
shortness of breath with little physical exertion, drowsiness, frequent loose stools,
flatulence, increased blood pressure up to 160/100 mm. rt. Art.
From the anamnesis: chronic tonsillitis, frequent colds, tendency to be
overweight from childhood.
Objectively: Satisfactory condition, increased nutrition, height – 186 cm,
weight – 146 kg. BMI – 42 – II degree of obesity.
