Some aspects of licensing bioresonance therapy and traditional diagnostics

As you know, the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approval of the Regulation on licensing medical activities” dated 04. 07. 2002, No. 499, all issues related to licensing of medical activities were referred to the competence of the Ministry of Health of Russia. In pursuance of this Resolution, the Ministry issued an order “On the organization of licensing of medical activities” dated 26.07. 2002 No. 238, in Appendix No. 1 to which the Nomenclature of works and services of the corresponding medical care was approved.
According to this Nomenclature, licensing of types of traditional medical activities with the status of a medical specialty is carried out under sections 03.021, 04.014, 05.012 (manual therapy), 03.022, 04.026, 05.013 (reflexology), 01.066 (medical massage). Licensing of types of traditional medical activities that do not have the status of a medical specialty (bioresonance therapy, homeopathy, naturopathy, traditional diagnostics) is carried out under the section 06.019 – “works and services for the application of traditional medicine methods”.
The guidelines approved by the Ministry of Health of Russia on November 14, 2003 define the licensing requirements and conditions for work and services for the use of traditional medicine methods. This document provides a brief description of traditional medicine methods subject to licensing on the territory of the Russian Federation, defines the criteria for admitting licensed subjects to licensing.
