The medical community knows the trend of our time – a decrease in the reproductive function of women and men. Different figures are declared
(according to a number of authors, from 10 to 34%), but in general, every third woman of reproductive age has problems with conception or miscarriage. The
concept of Russia’s demographic policy for the period up to 2025, approved by the
Decree of the President of the Russian Federation on October 9, 2007 No. 1351,
touches upon the problems solved by restorative medicine.
