Determination of new medical direction – informational medicine is presented. Main elements of informational medicine – controlling signal and informational preparation are defined, its systematic physiological model is described. 5 postulates of informational medicine are formulated, which can be the programs for research in natural sciences. New approach to the term information carried by controlling signal is developed. Directions for constructive
dialog both with supporters and opponents of this direction are outlined.
