In recent years, innovative technologies have been intensively introduced in the rehabilitation treatment of osteochondrosis of the cervical spine (OSHOP). The dynamics of cerebral circulation in the process of bioresonance therapy (BRT) has not been studied [5, 11]. Pain in OSHOP more often occurs when there is a violation of the synchronicity of muscle contraction and damage to the ligaments, especially in the places of their attachment to the bones, here dystrophic processes appear and progress, associated, in particular, with aging [4, 13].

Changes in cerebral circulation are a key link in the existing theories of pathogenesis in OSHOP. Nevertheless, the state of cerebral hemocirculation in the acute period of this common disease has been insufficiently studied [2, 7]. There are few publications on the effectiveness of bioresonance therapy (BRT) OSHOP [6, 9, 10, 12]. The purpose The present work was a study of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute pain syndrome (OSA) during BRT according to the data of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCDG) performed before and after the course of treatment.

Material and research methods We examined 37 patients with OSHOP (OBS), mainly at the age of 37–45 years. There were 12 men and 25 women. All subjects were divided into 3 groups. In group 1 (15 people), the following were used: BRT with an electronic pharmaceutical spectrum of vibrations (EFSC), a sparing complex of physical therapy (exercise therapy), massage. Group 2 (12 people) consisted of patients who did not receive BRT with EFSC. They were given a gentle exercise therapy complex, massage. Group 3 (10 people) included patients who received placebo treatment in the form of homeopathic crumbs.
