The consequences of the transferred burn disease, especially the development of post-burn encephalopathy and degenerative changes in all internal organs in patients, can be so serious for the patient that today it is an extremely urgent problem in traumatology. Patients who have undergone severe burn disease require dispensary observation by a traumatologist and neuropathologist for at least 1 year from the moment of injury.

At the same time, it is envisaged to conduct several courses of rehabilitation therapy, which is necessary for the treatment of those consequences of trauma “which we often note in this group of patients: severe fatigue, sleep disturbance, intense headaches, a sharp decrease in mental performance, irritability, resentment, tearfulness, withdrawal, The long-term and most difficult for the health of patients, the consequences of a burn injury is the formation of post-burn encephalopathy in the form of cerebrosthenic syndrome and episyndrome.

In other words, the consequences of a burn injury, left without proper treatment, lead to the occurrence of gross disorders on the part of the central nervous system. These disorders often manifest themselves throughout the further life of patients who have suffered severe burn injury, and often they are forced to take sedatives and tranquilizers for a long time. The purpose of our work was the study of the therapeutic capabilities of the AIC “IMEDIS-FALL” in the treatment of patients who have undergone severe burn injury with the development of post-burn encephalopathy.

The work was carried out in the reflexology room of the railway polyclinic in Taraz. The examination and treatment of patients was carried out on the hardwaresoftware complex (APC) “IMEDIS-FALL” (version 7.6), developed at the Center “IMEDIS” (Moscow) according to the methodological developments of the academician of MAIM, professor Gotovsky Yu.V. (1995, 1998–2000). We examined 36 patients aged 3 to 68 with the consequences of burn injury, including 14 children. The area of burns in patients was from 25% to 65% of the body surface.
