The legislation of the Russian Federation determines the quality and safety of medical and recreational activities as the main objectives of the system for protecting the rights of consumers of medical services. In this regard, the role and importance of national mechanisms for licensing and accreditation of providers of medical services, as well as certification of the conditions for their implementation, is significantly increasing.
