SUMMARY In this paper, for the first time, differentiated approaches to the treatment of abdominal obesity in elderly patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy
associated with type 2 diabetes are considered. The clinical and psychological characteristics of the elderly patients were studied and analyzed, and a dynamic
assessment of anthropometric indicators was made. Various variants of reflexotherapeutic effects were tested and selected, taking into account the
psychopathological profile, in comparison with the standard therapy regimen.
