The modern development of biomedical electronic technology and, in particular, devices for carrying out exogenous bioresonance therapy
(ECBRT), allow to effectively treat many diseases using fixed EM oscillations of a certain amplitude and frequency [3, 5, 6].
Recently, special attention has been paid to the problem of exposure to
electromagnetic pulses of various frequencies due to the assumed not amplitude,
