Our method is based on the definition of health by the charter of the World Health Organization, as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being,
and not just the absence of illness or disease.” The ability to adapt to the conditions of life and work depends both on the
individual qualities of the organism, genophonotypic, constitutional characteristics, age, profession, ethnicity, and on environmental conditions, socio-ecological
factors, on the strength and duration of exposure to these factors. At the same time, adaptability is both biological and social in nature, since the loss of the
habitat leads, as a rule, to a deterioration in the general condition of a person.
