Delayed psycho-speech development is a disorder in children, including the intellectual development of the child, but also complex symptom complex not only lagging in various disorders emotional and volitional sphere. The results of using the vegetative resonance test (ART) “IMEDIS-TEST” during the examination of children with delayed psychospeech development during the last 4 years indicate that the ART technique “IMEDIS-TEST” allows a highly reliable diagnosis of these disorders with the identification of the main etiological factors diseases. Such a diagnostic approach makes it possible to carry out treatment taking into account the identified etiopathogenetic links and makes the therapy more targeted and, accordingly, more effective. Purpose of the study – study brain rhythm programs depending on the leading etiological factor of the disease.
results of different Materials and methods Examined 84 children (58 boys and 26 girls) at the age from 3 to 13 years old with a diagnosis of delayed psycho-speech development. In addition to the standard examination plan (examination by a pediatrician, neurologist, psychologist, speech therapist-defectologist, EEG, ECHO-EG studies), all children testing was carried out by the ART method “IMEDIS-TEST”.
The work was carried out on the basis of the consultative and diagnostic center of the children’s city polyclinic in Moscow. The examination and treatment of children was carried out on the hardware and software complex (AIC) “IMEDIS-EXPERT”, developed at the Center “IMEDIS” (Moscow) according to the methodological developments of the academician of MAIM, professor Gotovsky Yu.V. (1995, 1998-2000). Research results and their discussion The main etiological factors of psycho-speech delay development, identified in the process of complex diagnostics, were the following.
