Patient K. complained of skin rashes in the form of red spots, which were accompanied by itching, aggravated after water procedures. Over the past two
weeks, the number of spots has increased, as well as pain in the left hypochondrium and chills. These symptoms appeared a few days after the patient
(a doctor by profession) injured his finger during medical manipulation of the patient. Later it turned out that the patient who underwent the manipulation was
admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of “Newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus”
after a viral infection.
