Diagnostics and treatment of viral infections is an urgent task of modern medicine. The diagnosis of latent, latent, slow-flowing, as well as viral infections with atypical localization of the pathogen is of particular importance. For this group of viral diseases, early diagnosis is especially relevant, since often the development of symptoms occurs when the disease is already in a far advanced stage [4].
By infecting a person, viruses can infect a wide variety of organs and systems. With a viral infection, as a result of a violation of the integrity of the integument and a decrease in the tension of natural immunity, a secondary infection often occurs, caused, as a rule, by opportunistic bacteria or fungi. Activation of latently proceeding other infectious processes may also occur (for example, tuberculosis).
