The incidence of viral hepatitis (VH) in the Kyrgyz Republic remains at a high level and is one of the pressing health problems. Annually, over the past five years, from 12 to 26 thousand cases of acute viral hepatitis have been officially registered. The vast majority of patients with GV receive pathogenetic therapy, which is inherently corrective. An indispensable condition for the success of pathogenetic therapy is the strict individualization of its program, taking into account the severity of patients, age, psychoemotional status, the presence of aggravating factors [2, 3].
