At present, in our country, in various fields of medicine, computer processing of information and display of the data obtained are of increasing importance. In connection with the rapid development of multimedia and Internet technologies, along with the already existing and “traditional” systems of computer diagnostics according to the Fohl method, auriculodiagnostics, computer encyclopedias and knowledge bases, more and more developments in the field of telemedicine and distance learning appear.
