One of the characteristic features of the outgoing and contradictory events of the twentieth century is the rapid growth of scientific and technological progress. Providing with the help of modern technologies the material needs of society comes into clear contradiction with the consequences of technogenic pollution of the environment and its negative impact, first of all, on human health. In this regard, measures to improve existing and create new effective means, methods of rehabilitation and prevention that increase the reserve capacities of the human body acquire special relevance.
