After the introduction of mass vaccination into public health practice, the incidence and severity of childhood infections decreased. Along with this, a new problem of post-vaccination complications has arisen. One of the most reactogenic vaccines is DTP, a vaccine with toxic, stressful and allergenic effects. Particularly dangerous and severe complications are noted from the central nervous system, the pathogenesis of which is based on autoallergic reactions to antigens of the nervous tissue. (one) To identify the role of humoral anti-brain antibodies in the development of neurological complications after DPT vaccination, the sera of 73 children aged from 3 months to 2 years were studied.
