It is known that in women with extragenital pathology, the course of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period is far from physiological (L.V. Vanina, 1991). In addition, pregnant women with extragenital pathology represent a high risk group for perinatal pathology and increased morbidity in children in the postnatal period (Z.Sh. Gilyazutdinova, 1997).
