One of the most difficult and unresolved problems associated with borderline arterial hypertension (BAP) is the issue of a differentiated approach to treatment and prevention measures. Differentiated problem an individual approach to the prevention of PAH this is, first of all, the issue of drug prevention: which of the patients needs antihypertensive drugs, and who needs to carry out non-drug measures to combat risk factors. Obviously, patients with PAH are not a homogeneous group in terms of the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, and not all of them need antihypertensive drugs.
