It is known that post-hemorrhagic and bacterial-toxic shock in cancer patients can be accompanied by persistent hypotension. (blood pressure up to 80-60 / 40-20 mm Hg) and the subsequent development of oligo-anuric syndrome. Restoring normal hemodynamics with the help of hormones and neurotransmitters is not always effective, despite the high and continuous doses of prednisolone, hydrocortisone, dopamine and other vasotonic drugs administered to the patient.
