It is well known that the achievement of long-term remissions in patients with opium addiction still remains a difficult and practically unsolved problem . The most therapeutically difficult is the so-called “phase of remission formation” corresponding in terms of time parameters, on average, 3-8 weeks after stopping drug use . During this period, patients are most clearly represented by mood disorders, sleep disorders, asthenic manifestations, the severity of which directly leads to an increase in the pathological craving for opiates .
