SUMMARY In the history of research and therapeutic use of “high dilutions” three stages can be conventionally distinguished: homeopathic, phenomenological and
targeted. At the first stage, “high dilutions” of drugs were tested on healthy volunteers in order to cause individual reactions, which did not allow homeopathy to be
included in evidence-based medicine, which involves the treatment of the entire
population of patients.
