Timely diagnosis and adequate treatment of inflammatory diseases of the joints are very important in modern medical practice. Thus, among rheumatic
diseases of childhood, reactive arthritis occurs in 86.9 per 100,000 of the child population [1].
Reactive arthritis joint diseases resulting from immune disorders after intestinal or urogenital infection associated with enterobacteriaceae (Yersinia enterocolitica, Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium, Shigella flexneri, Shigella sonnei, Shigella Newcastjomle, Campylodia). Less commonly, infections of the respiratory tract associated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae or Chlamydophila pneumonia can also trigger the development of RA. There is also evidence that RA is associated with intestinal infection caused by Clostridium
difficile and some parasitic infections.
