1. Patient V., 20 years old. Diagnosis: toxic optic atrophy on right. The neoplastic process is excluded. The diagnosis was confirmed by the
leading ophthalmological clinic in Krasnodar. Prognosis: Cannot be cured. She was taken on the BRT course 1.5 years after the diagnosis. With my right eye, I saw nothing (black veil), with my left eye, I could hardly distinguish objects, wore a contact lens. The course of BRT treatment is once a week. After the fourth session, ripples appeared against the background of a black veil, after the 8th session – a light spot, after the 10th session – the differentiation of the source of daylight from the artificial one, after 12 the color spots and contours of objects began to appear. The course of treatment
was completed when the patient began to read the printed text at a distance of 18 cm from the eyes. In 3 months after the flu, there was a deterioration. Taken on the 2nd course of treatment.
