SUMMARY Pecilomycosis preeclampsia is a serious illness of women in labor, in the treatment of which homeopathic medicines are successfully used in combination with a special diet. In the treatment of preeclampsia, accompanied by an increase in temperature, the homeopathic monopreparation Aconit C3 was used, 4 grains per day, diluted and dynamized in 150 ml of boiled chilled water. On the 4th day,
the body temperature returned to normal, and the general condition improved.
