The origins of the initial conception of the idea of this model lie in the late 90s of the last century. In November 1998, relatives brought a 38-year-old woman in a
wheelchair with multiple sclerosis (MS) for over 16 years. Outwardly – overweight, pronounced elephantiasis of the legs (due to years of adynamia), shortness of breath.
