Restoration of spiritual health using the capabilities

In my articles published in the materials of past conferences and speeches at practical seminars, I presented an algorithm for a step-by-step increase in the quality of human health (physical, emotional, spiritual). I continue to work in this direction. In this article, I want to review the entire proposed algorithm, starting from the first stages of therapy. First, a few general points. In the article “General Approaches to Therapy” (2007) I noted that the main goal of our work is to restore the main flow of energy along the spine. Since it is from this flow that energy is distributed throughout all organs. If there are some blockages on the way of this energy flow, then separate organs begin to suffer accordingly, because there is no
“fuel” (= energy) to run them.
