The study presents the results of the use of traditional technologies in improving the quality of male sexual activity. The effectiveness of reflexhomeopathic
complexes and spectral phototherapy has been confirmed, in contrast to the independent use of medicines. These approaches have a
unidirectional effect on the sexual sphere of men, however, it varies depending on the chosen technique. The work opens up prospects for creating a comprehensive
program of measures aimed at restoring men’s health and preventing sexual dysfunctions.
