We examined convicts serving sentences under various articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, with different terms and modes of
serving sentences in a medical correctional institution, where convicts with various forms of tuberculosis are serving their sentences and receiving treatment. The aim of the study was to acquire practical skills in testing convicts to identify the facts of
drug use in the past using the MINI-EXPERT-DT apparatus.
