Introduction According to E.I. Guseva (2003), disability after a stroke is 3.2 per 10,000 population. According to the WHO, Russia occupies a leading position in terms of mortality among European countries (2–3 times). The number of risk factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases and their complications exceeds 200. For Russia, factors such as psychoemotional stress, alcohol abuse, smoking, arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis,
diabetes mellitus are relevant [1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10].
