The article summarizes information about the fruits of some nut and oil plants growing on the territory of Russia and traditionally used in Russian and other national cuisines on the territory of the former USSR. The correct use of these fruits in nutrition can provide real help in the treatment of patients with various diseases, as well as avoid complications from their use.
