Anamnesis: Performed transperitoneal gastrectomy, lymphadenectomy D2. Consultation with a chemotherapist. Taking into account the general stable condition of the patient, morphological structure of the tumor and its extremely low sensitivity to specific drug treatment; Considering the prevalence of the tumor process and the volume of surgery performed, it was decided to refrain from chemotherapy. Dynamic observation is recommended.
