The urgency of solving this problem was aggravated to the extreme in connection with the appearance of the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 337 dated August 27, 1999, which actually cuts off a huge contingent of sick children and the section of medicine – pediatrics from reflexotherapy assistance.
