Purpose of the study – find out the possibilities of diagnostics of restructuring functional state of kidneys and hormonal messenger systems of homeostasis of sodium ions on the basis of generally accepted research methods and vegetative resonance test “IMEDIS-TEST +”. In the study of renal function using conventional methods, an increase in urine output, urine concentration of creatinine, sodium, potassium ions, osmotically active substances under a load of 3% sodium chloride solution in comparison with water diuresis was shown (Fig. 1).

In the blood plasma, the concentration of creatinine decreased, the glomerular filtration increased, hypernatremia took place, and the reabsorption of water did not change against the background of a significant decrease in the reabsorption of sodium ions. In the cortex and papilla of the kidneys by radioimmune the method revealed an increase in the content of prostaglandin E2. When testing rats using the vegetative resonance test “IMEDIS-TEST +” practically identical changes in renal function in comparison with conventional assessment methods with a load of 3% sodium chloride solution relative to the water diuresis regimen (Table 1). This was indicated by an increase in urinary concentrations of sodium, potassium, creatinine ions and prostaglandin in the renal cortex. E2.
