The use of ART in mass screening of the population

From 10 to 15 November, the doctors of our center, under the leadership of Dr. Nazarov, examined and treated patients in the city of Urgench, Khorezm region of Uzbekistan. ART diagnostics covered about 400 people aged 3 to 80 years. Here is a summary of the most common infection (see table).
In terms of diseases, the first place is the pathology of the urogenital system (chronic adnexitis, prostatitis, nodular hypertrophy of the prostate, prostate adenoma). With this pathology, chlamydia and ureoplasma were tested in 90% of cases, schistosoma in 20%, trichomonus in 25%. The most frequently noted combination of chlamydia with ureaplasma, gardnella vaginalis. In this region, due to unfavorable living conditions (high salt content in drinking water), almost 100% of patients aged 17 years and older had kidney disease.- pyelonephritis, and in 90% – urolithiasis disease.
In patients with tested organs of lesion, liver + pancreas, hepatic fasciola + saccharomyzis was found in 90% of cases. In patients with enterocolitis, in most cases, hymenolipedosis was tested in combination with candida fungi. Hereditary degenerative diseases of the central nervous system were diagnosed among the patients who applied with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, the reason: national tradition – related marriages.
