Diseases of the spine are one of the most common reasons for patients to visit a neurologist, traumatologist, surgeon. The statistics of neurological diseases indicate that vertebrogenic pathology accounts for up to 83% of the total number of days of temporary disability [1]. And according to W. Caspar (1991), G. Findley (1995), more than 50% of the world’s population suffers from lumbar pain (cited from [2]).

The most common disease of the spinal column is osteochondrosis. This is a degenerative-dystrophic lesion of the intervertebral discs with secondary changes in the bodies of the vertebrae and the ligamentous-articular apparatus. By localization, the process can be most pronounced in the cervical, thoracic, lumbosacral regions. There are three leading syndromes of neurological disorders in osteochondrosis: reflex, radicular, radicular-vascular.

The clinical manifestations of the disease consist of vertebral and extravertebral symptoms. The vertebral ones include: forced position, posture caused by changes in the corresponding section of the spinal column; myodystrophic (myodystonic) changes in paravertebral muscles; limitation or spine; characteristic pain trigger intervertebral foramen; axle loads, etc. loss points and mobility in zones; phenomenon Extravertebral symptoms include various variants of sensory-algic, dystonic and dystrophic changes in muscles, tendon-ligamentous tissues.
