The problem of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) remains relevant due to high morbidity, lack of effective etiotropic therapy, an increasing number of severe forms, complications and residual manifestations. Rational complex treatment of patients with HFRS is mainly aimed at eliminating the main clinical syndromes of the disease: general toxic, hemorrhagic, abdominal, cardiovascular, neuroendocrine, as well as for the treatment and prevention of possible complications – toxic-infectious shock, acute renal failure, disseminated intravascular coagulation, bacterial infection.

Therefore, it is important not only to improve methods for diagnosing HFRS, but also to search for etiotropic and new pathogenetic agents for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients, including non-drug methods. In this regard, a special place among the newest biophysical methods is occupied by methods of influence directed along the path of indirect influence on the key links of the disease through neurohumoral, immune and endocrine mechanisms (Bogolyubov V.M. et al., 1986, 1990; Vashkevich D.L. et al. et al., 1993; Knyazeva T.A. et al., 1994; Mizin V.I., Bogdanov N.N. et al., 1995-1998, etc.).
